Information on the processing of personal data on the Sell4Growth website

Sell4Growth processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection legislation. This privacy policy will be updated as necessary as our operations or legislation evolve.

Purpose of Use and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for managing customer or other business relationships, analysis, marketing, and sales. The legal basis for processing customer data is the performance of a contract. For customer acquisition and B2B sales prospecting, the processing is based on the data controller’s legitimate interest in developing and maintaining its business operations.

We adhere to EU legislation regarding the processing of personal data:

  • Lawfulness and transparency: We process data fairly and transparently. You can request access to the data we have stored about you at any time.

  • Purpose limitation: We collect data only for predefined purposes (e.g., customer relationship management and B2B sales). We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties without a valid reason.

  • Data minimization: We only store information that is relevant and necessary for our business.

  • Accuracy: We strive to keep our data up to date and accurate.

  • Storage limitation: A lifecycle is defined for the data, after which it is deleted unless legislation (e.g., the Accounting Act) requires longer retention. The general retention period is 3 years from the last active contact.

  • Integrity and confidentiality: We protect data carefully using backups and access control, among other methods.

General Register Content and Data Sources

Regarding customer relationships and potential customers, we store only the minimum necessary data, which typically includes:

  • First and last name

  • Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, company name, and title)

  • Other relevant information related to the customer relationship or sales process (e.g., meeting notes).

Data Sources: We primarily collect data directly from the individuals themselves. Additionally, in connection with B2B business and sales, we may use contact information gathered from public sources (e.g., company websites, social media, and public registers). We do not use automated decision-making in the processing of personal data.

Data Disclosure and Transfer

We disclose personal data in a limited manner to selected partners and subcontractors (e.g., software providers) only for purposes related to producing our services:

  • We use email marketing tools (typically only storing name, company, and email).

  • We use a CRM system to store contact information and sales-related activities.

Some of the software services we use (e.g., global cloud services like Google or HubSpot) may transfer or process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure the protection of data by using only reliable service providers whose contractual terms comply with data protection legislation requirements (for example, in accordance with the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF)).

Electronically processed data is technically protected using generally accepted methods in the information security industry. Only Sell4Growth employees and specifically authorized partners who need the data to perform their duties have access to the systems via personal credentials.

Rights of the Data Subject and Data Requests

In accordance with data protection legislation, you have the right to:

  • Inspect what data we have stored about you (data request).

  • Demand the rectification of incorrect or incomplete data.

  • Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), unless we have a statutory obligation to retain it.

  • Object to the use of your data for direct marketing.
